As a rough guide, our minimum order level is £2,000 – but remember the more samples you order, the less you pay per unit.

Yes, within our Fabric Pattern Books we can use this method for patterned fabric or wallpapers – this cutting method can help display specific areas of colour/design within the fabric/wallpaper.
Yes you do! We can provide a huge range of options with various finishes, colour or quality of Fabric Swatch book cloth. This will optimise the durability and look of the finished product.
Commonly known as a waterfall, this format is used in retail or in designers’ showrooms. Hanging samples are large to drape, fold or hang the sample that matches its intended use, such as curtains/upholstery.
Yes it can be produced using interchangeable screws which will allow you to re–use the case and header.
This is a technique where the print or book cloth wraps around the ends
of the sample, giving it a clean and aesthetically pleasing finish.
This is a clear sleeve that protects the top sample of fabric within the book. This can also be printed on.
Yes we can incorporate lithos into a Fabric Swatch Book to clearly define sections and ranges.
Gimped is the method the fabric can be cut instead of a straight edge.
There are 3 types of casing to choose from, full case, ¾ case and Header Only.

Header Only
This is overlocking the edges of the fabric, which is achieved by
machine stitching. This can be combined with taping or a window
frame.
You will work with one of our experienced sales coordinators, who will act as your eyes and ears within our factory. They will identify the amount of fabric required to carry out the work and will order this with you. Your sales coordinator will liaise with you every step of the way and will provide a critical path and regular updates throughout every project.
With over 40 years’ experience in designing and manufacturing fabric swatch books, shade cards, and display solutions. We work for many household names including M & S, Next, Designers Guild, John Lewis, Panaz, Osborne and Little, Prestigious Textiles and many more.
Lead times may vary dependent on our work schedule as well as your specific requirements. This is normally 5–8 weeks from receipt and approval of all artwork and materials. Once we know the date you require production to be completed, we will create a critical path to clarify when we need to receive all items supplied by you, allowing us to meet your deadline.
Yes, we have our own in-house design and artwork studio who will prepare and proof to you any artwork for approval before we print bulk.
